I cannot log into my new hosting account!

Difficulty logging into a new account is generally caused by one of several common issues.

  1. DNS propagation across the internet can take up to 24hrs before your new domain name is recognized by name-servers.
  2. You have elected to pay by Bank Transfer. (Your account will be created as soon as your payment has cleared in our bank.)
  3. You have purchased additional items that require a staff member to manually configure. (You will be notified when your account is activated!)
  4. You have attempted to create an account using dubious credentials. (Your credentials will be verified before activation!)
  5. You are a spammer from a foreign country that our system has recognized. (Your account will never be activated!)

If your account has not been activated within a 6hr period, and you paid by PayPal, then contact the Support Department immediately.
